Inspired by Clarence and Lilly Pickett's example and rooted in historic Quaker values, the Pickett Endowment for Quaker Leadership seeks to identify and nourish the development of Quaker leadership.
Applicants for a Pickett Endowment grant must first be nominated. Nominees for a grant receive an invitation to apply which includes a user name and password giving access to an application form.
Nominations are accepted from October 1 through January 15. Grant applications are received until February 15 closing at 11:59 p.m. CST. Applicants will be notified of grant decisions on or before March 30.
Priority is given to fund hands-on service projects that are directly related to the betterment of humankind. Pickett Endowment grants do not directly fund academic courses of study.
